 FAQs

  • Free general admission will continue to be available for the traditional “Thunder on the Island” Wednesday shows. New for the 2025 season, Wednesdays will offer premium reserved table seating for a small fee, subject to availability. This premium seating is included with the VIP packages mentioned above.

  • Purchase your pass with the links above. Make sure to use the name you would like on the reservation when you check out. Check in at the gate with your name for entry.

  • You are not required to attend all shows and your seats are transferrable. If you are passing on your tickets to a friend send us an email within 24 hours of showtime to info@emeraldsparkevents.com from the email address you purchased your tickets with and the name(s) of the person(s) taking your place.

  • All pre-season ticket purchasers will be assigned 2nd row table seating for all shows (first row is reserved for sponsors). Tables are numbered and you will be notified of your table number at check in for each individual show. Please note number of tables may vary per show. If you would like more information about becoming a sponsor, click here.

  • All rooms for concert packages are at the Clover Island Inn adjacent to the venue. To check in simply present your name and identification at the hotel’s registration. They will need a card to secure for incidentals. Please refer to Clover Island Inn for details about check in/check out times.

  • Tickets are expected to go on sale for Sunday shows on February 1st. While we can't guarantee availability on any specific date, there will be the option to purchase all 10 seats at tables where they are available. Purchasing season ticket VIP packages now will secure your table.

  • Single show tickets will be available February 2025. Sign up for our mailing list here for notification.

  • Admission will remain free on all Wednesday night shows. We’re working hard to finalize ticket prices and fees for the paid Sunday shows. While we’re still securing sponsorships, our priority is to keep ticket prices as affordable as possible—more sponsors mean lower costs for everyone!
